🪄 Reading Challenge: Our Hogwarts Houses Take Off!

This year, reading in English has turned into a magical adventure at Escuela IDEO. During our school overnight stay (pernocta), we sorted all the 5th graders into the four Hogwarts Houses — Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin — and since then, the reading challenge has officially begun! 📚✨

Every time students finish reading a book, they complete a Book Report to show their understanding and reflections. For every two Book Reports, they earn:
🪶 a stamp in their Reading Booklet
🍫 a Chocolate Frog Card
🏆 and one point for their House!

The goal? To fill the year with stories, imagination, and teamwork — because the House with the most points at the end of the year will receive a special reward. 🎁

This gamified reading journey not only encourages students to read more in English, but also helps them enjoy the process, share book recommendations with classmates, and feel part of a community of readers. As we like to say in class:
